Wahyudhi Santoso Prawoto

Wahyudhi Santoso Prawoto currently serves as a Jr. Supervisor in the Anti Fraud and Sales Compliance department at Panin Dai-ichi Life since February 2024. Previously, Wahyudhi worked at FinAccel from October 2021 to January 2024 as an Anti Fraud Investigator, focusing on investigating internal and external fraud within the collection division. Wahyudhi's experience includes leading a team of email agents at Shopee Indonesia, supervising field audits at Home Credit Indonesia across various regions, and serving as a customer service representative for both Grab and Teleperformance Indonesia, where responsibilities included resolving complaints and analyzing fraud indications. Wahyudhi holds a Sarjana Matematika (S.Mat) degree from UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, earned between 2012 and 2016.
