Damion Lewis

Damion Lewis, Ed.D, currently serves as the Team Lead Manager for Strategic Advising at Panorama Education while also acting as a Strategic Advisor focused on Professional Learning and Equity. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Damion has held positions such as Adjunct Professor at the University of the People and Section Chief at the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, where responsibilities included oversight of English Language Arts and world languages initiatives. Previously, Damion worked as Senior Administrator of Professional Learning for Wake County Public School System and as an Education Consultant at the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, alongside various instructional roles in secondary education. Damion holds a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and an Ed.S in Educational Leadership from Liberty University, along with a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from East Carolina University and a Bachelor's degree from Elizabeth City State University.
