Brian Zhang

Brian Zhang is a highly experienced civil engineer currently serving as a Practice Leader at Pape-Dawson Engineers, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this role, Brian held various leadership positions at IDCUS Inc. from January 2013 to July 2022, including Vice President and Director of the Storm Water Management Division, overseeing multiple significant projects such as the TxDOT SH36 Segment 8 and the Aldine-Westfield Detention Basin. Brian's earlier career includes roles at RS&H as a Civil Engineer and at AECOM as a Project Engineer. Brian completed a Doctorate in Civil Engineering at the University of Houston and holds a Master's degree in Hydraulic Engineering from Tsinghua University.
