Michael Fisher

Michael Fisher, P.E. currently serves as Senior Vice President at Pape-Dawson Engineers, a position held since May 2013. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Engineer at Baker-Aicklen and Associates, Inc. from June 2010 to April 2013 and Project Manager at Pate Engineers, Inc. from February 2001 to June 2010, focusing on master planned communities and public works projects such as water transmission mains and roadway design. Michael also worked at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as an Engineering Specialist, where responsibilities included the technical review of water district applications and project feasibility assessments. Early career experience includes working with a land surveying field crew at Earth Tech. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained in 1995.
