Prior roles at DNB involved managing consulting services, strategy development, and digital innovation initiatives within Norway's largest financial services group. Asbjørn has extensive consulting experience with organizations such as Metier, Økonomiformidlingen, and Statoil, alongside an academic background in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics, complemented by international studies in strategy and project management.
