Léa Martineau

Léa Martineau currently serves as an Ingénieure Etudes et Chiffrages at PAPREC GROUP since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Assitante projets innovation et recyclage at Refashion, where support was provided for innovation and recycling projects. Léa gained valuable skills in process improvement during a stint as a Stagiaire amélioration continue at Smurfit Kappa, where work focused on packaging challenges and production experiments. Additional roles included animating and managing children's safety at vacation colonies, administrative support at DGA, childcare as a Fille au Pair, and production observation during an internship at Airbus. Léa holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Sciences des matériaux from Polytech Montpellier and educational qualifications from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Polytech Nantes.
