Kevin Palatnik

Kevin Palatnik has more than 20 years of experience in financial management for leading-edge technology companies. This includes roles as EVP and CFO of Coherent (Nasdaq: COHR), CFO of Audience (Nasdaq: ADNC) which was acquired by Knowles (NYSE: KN), and various roles at Cadence Design Systems (Nasdaq: CDNS) including SVP and CFO. Kevin has handled multiple M&A transactions with public and private companies totaling over $1B. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering and operations research, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University.
