Roma S. Baghai

Roma S. Baghai currently serves as a Client Success Specialist at Paradox since August 2024. Previously, Roma worked as a Legal File Clerk/Receptionist at May, Potenza, Baran & Gillespie, P.C., where responsibilities included managing over 400 case files and communicating with 200+ clients. Roma has held various leadership and support roles, including Barrett Mentor and Vice President of the Undergraduate Law Association, enhancing member experiences and organizing events. Additionally, Roma completed an internship at ADP in Global Product & Technology and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Data Analytics from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Academic achievements include graduating Cum Laude from Great Hearts Academies - Scottsdale Preparatory.
