Chad Rose

Chad has spent the last 20 years helping churches create meaningful worship experiences and environments. He has served various churches in the capacities of Worship Arts and Executive pastors. A passion for broadcast engineering led him in 2005 to found Rose Media, Seattle, WA. As the principal designer, he has designed broadcast control rooms and video systems for churches across the country. Many of these include churches with national broadcast ministries.

Chad brings his unique background to Paragon as a Worship Experience Specialist. With this perspective, he works to connect the creative ministry vision of church leadership with the right strategy and tools needed to accomplish their goals. He is passionate about finding solutions that perfectly match the unique needs and teams in each church. His involvement can be found in everything from design and commissioning to team training.

With a passion for bringing churches the best tools available for both broadcast and image display, Chad is also the CEO & Co-Owner of ReveLux. ReveLux has partnered with Paragon to provide clients the best LED display solution available. The combination of Paragon’s diverse abilities and ReveLux’s premium displays offers a unique solution to both church and corporate clients.

Chad has a BA in Music from Evangel University, Springfield, MO, and a MM in Film Scoring from Berklee School of Music, Boston, MA. He is active in film and television scoring and serves as a guest worship leader in churches around the country.
