Jay Ballard

Jay Ballard brings over 30 years of experience to Paragon 360 from the professional audio, video, and lighting industry. His career spans many market segments from Busch Gardens to School Districts and over 23 years in media ministry with large mega-churches.

Most recently Jay was the Media Director at First Baptist Jacksonville, FL which included producing large events in multiple venues, leading full-time and volunteer AVL teams of over 45 people across 4 campuses, content production for weekly broadcasts, and design/installation of AVL systems. Prior to that Jay spent over 11 years as the Director of Technical Ministries at First Baptist Church, Plant City, FL with many of the same responsibilities. While at FBC Plant City, Jay also oversaw the AVL design and installation of a new campus project with a $1.2M AVL budget carried out by Paragon 360.

Jay has been part of the Media Metro Association for 10 years and has been an officer of that group for 2 years. He comes to Paragon as a client representative managing the front end of projects, sales, and client management.
