Sandy Guido Garcia is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including food and beverage, real estate, and entertainment. Currently serving as Counsel at Paragon Legal, Sandy provides on-demand legal assistance to private equity-owned fast food retail chains and digital tech companies while ensuring compliance with privacy laws. As Co-owner and Fractional General Counsel at Heritage Harbor Brands, Sandy leads business development and manages international corporate matters, contracts, and compliance. Previously, Sandy was General Counsel at Chosen Foods, overseeing legal operations, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
