Jordan Lee

Radio found Jordan at a time when he was certain he knew what he was going to do with his life, but Life had other plans. He began DJing after spending most of his childhood performing on stage in music and in theater. He was already several years deep into his journey as a professional touring DJ when he was offered the chance to host a radio show with one of his best friends. It was easy to say yes, but little did he know how this once-a-week volunteer radio shift would be the first step into a bigger world.

After less than one year on air at WMSE, he was approached by 88Nine Radio Milwaukee to be an on-air host and events manager. With some incredible mentorship and an “I can do that too” attitude, his path took him from Morning Drive host to Assistant Program Director to Program Director to Station Director in less than 14 years.

In a multi-cultural organization that celebrates diversity of thought and perspectives, Jordan was able to thrive and grow in the Non-Comm radio space. His passions and principles have guided him into leadership roles in Public Media and Community Organizations.
