Efi Dror

Efi Dror is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in wireless communication systems and algorithms. Currently serving as the Director of PHY System and Algorithms at Parallel Wireless since December 2018, Efi manages a team of engineers focused on PHY System and PHY Algorithms. Prior roles include Sr. Manager for PHY Algorithms and FPGA teams, where Efi spearheaded research on performance trade-offs and development processes, and Team Leader for Wireless Modems at Elbit Systems Ltd, overseeing a multi-disciplinary team in designing high-speed wireless modems. Efi also has a background in digital signal processing and software development from roles at Ben Gurion University, complemented by advanced degrees in Communication Systems Engineering from the same institution.
