Sielen Namdar

Sielen Namdar serves as the Industry Executive and Global Head of Sustainability for Industries at Cisco, where responsibilities include directing the global go-to-market strategy to assist customers across 11 industries in achieving sustainability goals, leading to $3 billion in revenue, and fostering executive-level cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, Sielen acts as the Global Head of Digital Water, Digital Transportation, and Mass Scale Infrastructure, generating $1 billion in revenue through strategic partnerships and sales. Sielen holds board director positions at Parametrix and previously chaired the Americas Alliance Partnership Group for the Smart Water Networks Forum, receiving the 'Outstanding Leadership Award' in 2021. Previous experience includes 20 years at Jacobs, where Sielen co-founded the Smart Cities initiative as Global Senior Director, and educational qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, along with various leadership and business certifications.
