Joao Norona

Joao Norona has extensive experience in product development, project management, and financial analysis across various industries, including manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Research and Product Development at Paramount Die Company since July 2014, Joao has also held senior roles at ESAB Welding and Cutting, Agilent Technologies, and Stanley Black & Decker. Notable achievements include improving key performance indicators at ESAB, developing competitive intelligence reports at Agilent, and significantly reducing warranty costs for Stanley Black & Decker. Joao holds a Global MBA in Finance and Marketing from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology. Throughout the career, Joao has been awarded multiple patents and has led various successful product development initiatives.
