Chelsey Hay

Chelsey Hay is a skilled geologist with comprehensive experience in various roles within the oil and geothermal sectors. Currently a geologist at Paramount Resources since March 2024, Chelsey previously served as a geothermal project coordinator at Barkley Project Group Ltd., overseeing the Tu Deh-Kah/Clarke Lake Geothermal Project. With earlier experience at Paramount Resources as a geologist, Chelsey managed a significant drilling project that achieved a cost reduction of $700k. Academic experience includes serving as a graduate teaching assistant at the University of Calgary, where Chelsey instructed students in geology courses.
