Kyra Ong

Kyra Ong is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Paramount since April 2022. In this role, Kyra collaborates with senior leaders in finance, accounting, and real estate & facilities to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives, offering insights on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning. Previously, Kyra worked at NBCUniversal Media, LLC from August 2018 to April 2022, initially as a Human Resources Coordinator overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, and later as a Human Resources Generalist handling employee relations and conflict resolution for various teams. Kyra's career also includes a brief tenure as a Human Resources Coordinator at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where responsibilities included auditing HR procedures and managing employee data within the HR information system. Kyra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Hunter College.
