Meagan Spencer

Meagan Spencer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development, philanthropy, and community engagement. Currently serving as Chief Advancement Officer at ParentChild +, Meagan focuses on promoting equal opportunities for children through early literacy and community support. Previous roles include Director of Development at Hack.Diversity, where Meagan was integral to the Senior Leadership Team, and Director of Philanthropy & External Engagement at Citizen Schools, managing relationships with corporate partners. As the Founder and Strategist at CSR Roadmaps, Meagan provided strategic coaching to early-stage social enterprises. Meagan's earlier experiences include senior positions at Lovin' Spoonfuls and the American Cancer Society, demonstrating a strong track record in achieving significant fundraising goals and cultivating stakeholder engagement. Meagan holds an MBA from Boston University's Questrom School of Business and a BA in Political Science from the University of Kentucky.
