The Human Resources Team at Parents And Children Together is tasked with managing the organization's most valuable asset—its people. The team is responsible for recruiting and onboarding new talent, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and developing policies and programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Through these efforts, they support the mission of the organization by ensuring that staff are well-equipped and motivated to provide essential social services to Hawaii’s vulnerable residents.
