Management Positions

The Management Positions team at Parents In Community Action is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational aspects of the organization. This includes ensuring compliance with licensing and credentials, managing finances and facilities, implementing strategic policies, and fostering diversity. Each Center Director plays a pivotal role in managing individual centers, while the Executive and Deputy Directors guide the overall mission and strategic vision of the organization, ensuring effective service delivery in childhood development and parent training.
