Carmina Acebu

Carmina Acebu is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management, quality assurance, customer success, and community outreach. Currently serving as a Product Manager and Quality Assurance Engineer at ParentSquare since December 2019, Carmina specializes in developing testing strategies for web and mobile applications and supporting Jira task management. Previously, Carmina worked as a Customer Success Associate, where over 6000 support tickets were effectively managed. At UC Davis, Carmina held multiple roles, including Program Director for BRIDGE: Pilipinx Outreach & Retention, where impactful outreach and retention programs were developed, and Activism & Advocacy Chair, overseeing significant departmental budgets and community programs. Other experiences include fellowships in student affairs, administrative support for international students, and involvement in research focused on the Asian American community, showcasing a commitment to education, advocacy, and effective communication. Carmina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Asian American Studies from the University of California, Davis.
