Patrice Sullivan

Patrice Sullivan is an experienced leader in organizational readiness and training, currently serving as Executive Director at Parexel since April 2013. With a robust background, Patrice has held various senior roles, including Senior Director of Training and Support and Training Business Partner, where strategic consultation and innovative performance improvement solutions were key responsibilities. Prior to Parexel, Patrice operated as a Learning and Development Consultant from 1998 to 2013, collaborating with diverse organizations on comprehensive training initiatives. Early career roles include Corporate Training Manager at ManagedComp and Regional Training Manager at Jordan Marsh, both focused on employee development across multiple regions. Patrice holds an M.A. in Business Communications from Emerson College and a B.S. in Business/English from Plymouth State University.
