Zawnia Dehaney

Zawnia Dehaney, MSB, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Park Avenue Synagogue since April 2019, Zawnia previously held the position of Human Resources Operations Manager at START Treatment & Recovery Centers from October 2015 to March 2019, where responsibilities included team supervision and HR consulting. Zawnia's career also includes roles as Office Manager at Penthouse Realty Management, Claim Processor at Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited, Customer Service Representative at The Gleaner Company, and Human Resources Assistant Intern at the Housing Agency of Jamaica. Zawnia holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University College of the Caribbean.
