Training Program Supervisor at Park District Risk Management Agency (PDRMA)

Bill Hooker possesses extensive experience in training, safety, and risk management. Currently serving as the Training Program Supervisor at the Park District Risk Management Agency (PDRMA) since April 1998, Bill develops and implements various training programs while overseeing education and training delivery. Prior to this role, Bill was the Safety and Training Manager for the City of Bloomington, IL, from January 1996 to April 1998, managing all safety and training functions. Bill began their career as a Senior Loss Control Consultant at PDRMA from May 1993 to January 1996. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Firefighting and Related Protective Services from Western Illinois University, as well as ongoing studies towards a management certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at the University of Illinois Chicago and a Master of Science in Adult and Continuing Education Administration from the University of St. Francis.
