Ezzatul Aisha Mokhtar

Ezzatul Aisha Mokhtar is an experienced professional in health information management, currently serving as the Unit Head of Health Information Management at ParkCity Medical Centre since July 2022. Prior roles include Senior Executive of Medical Records at Pantai Hospital Klang where Ezzatul engaged Mitsui-Soko Records Management for medical records storage and prepared MSQH documentation. At Gleneagles Penang, Ezzatul held positions as Health Information Senior Executive and Health Information Executive, contributing to patient records review and JCI documentation efforts. Ezzatul also managed the Medical Records Department at Taman Desa Medical Centre and has experience with quality control documentation. Ezzatul began the career as an intern at Tropicana Medical Centre and has held customer service roles at SeatAdvisor supporting major motorsport events. Ezzatul holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Records Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
