Roderic L. Woodson

Roderic L. "Rod" Woodson is a legal professional currently serving as Special Counsel at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since August 2019. Previously, Woodson was a Partner and Co-Chair of the DC Practice Group at Holland & Knight LLP from 1999 until November 2021. Woodson earned a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law between 1970 and 1973 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law Studies from Penn State University, which was completed in June 1969.
