Seth Morris

Seth Morris is an Associate at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since June 2021, specializing in civil litigation, regulatory and administrative law, and various aspects of healthcare and real estate. Prior to this, Seth served as Senior Counsel and Voter Protection Director for the North Carolina Democratic Party, focusing on election law and advocacy. Relevant experience includes a legal fellowship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, roles as Voter Protection Director and legal intern within the North Carolina Democratic Party and Department of Environmental Quality, and positions as a summer associate and legislative assistant. Seth holds a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Environmental Policy, graduating magna cum laude from The University of the South.
