Kara Woolsey

Kara Woolsey, RPR, CTMP, serves as the Director of Employee Services at Parkland County, a position held since December 2013, where expertise is provided in strategic human resources, including employee experience, labour relations, and talent attraction. Prior to this role, Kara accumulated experience as a Supervisor and Business Partner in Human Resources, as well as a Coordinator at Parkland County, and held positions at PCL Energy and Randstad, focusing on recruitment and staffing. Kara holds a Business Administration degree from Sprott Shaw College and has completed the Professional Recruiter Accreditation Program through the Institute of Professional Management, alongside further education at MacEwan University and Athabasca University.
