Ethel Massing, MSHI, SHIMSS, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in innovation and training within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Flare Capital Scholar at Flare Capital Partners since January 2023, Ethel engages with the investment team to enhance professional development in venture capital and healthcare technology. In a longstanding role at Parkview Health since April 2012, Ethel has held various positions including Innovation Program Leader, Innovation Project Specialist, IS Specialist for Parkview Heart Institute, Epic Cupid Implementation Analyst, and Epic Credentialed Trainer, focusing on workflow optimization and training for healthcare staff.
