Hawanem Omara

Hawanem Omara currently serves as an Advisory Member for the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, offering insights on emerging trends in management and leadership since June 2024. From June 2015, Hawanem has held various roles at Parkville, currently as the Compensation, Benefits and Personnel Section Head, where strategic management of compensation and benefits enhances employee satisfaction. Additionally, Hawanem is a Professional Member of the Reward & Employee Benefits Association and was a judge for the Stevie® Awards in 2021, marking a significant achievement as the first Egyptian woman to serve on the jury for both the International Business and Women in Business competitions. Earlier experiences include customer service roles at Orange and Paradise Inn Group. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, a Human Resources Management Diploma from Notting Hill College, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Alexandria University.
