Michelle Bartolo

Michelle Bartolo currently serves as the Senior Manager Human Services in People & Capability at the Parliament of NSW, with a career spanning over a decade in various human resources roles. Michelle's expertise in providing strategic and technical HR advice has been honed through positions at the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, where significant roles included Principal Industrial Relations Advisor and Senior Advisor Organisational Performance. Previous experience includes leadership in the People & Culture team at Sylvanvale and HR services at the Office of Environment and Heritage. Michelle began their HR career at RailCorp, managing HR strategies for a large workforce. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Certificate IV in Training & Education from TAFE NSW.
