Sarah Weber Parnell

Sarah Weber Parnell is an accomplished environmental professional with extensive experience in ecological surveying, natural resource management, and wildlife biology. As the Environmental Division Leader at Parnell Engineering since November 2024, Sarah previously held the same title at Doucet & Associates, Inc. from September 2021 to November 2024. Sarah's background includes serving as President of Bio-Spatial Services, Inc., an ecological surveying firm, and as a Senior Environmental Manager at Bowman Consulting. Additionally, Sarah has worked in various roles related to wildlife and natural resources, conducting surveys and assessments, and managing projects for organizations such as Adams Ecology, Independent Consulting, and Shaw Environmental and Infrastructure. Sarah holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries Science from Texas A&M University and a Master's of Science in Wildlife Ecology from Texas State University, along with various certifications in environmental assessments and GIS.
