As a Senior Business Analyst with blockchain experience, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying blockchain opportunities, and translating them into actionable requirements. • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for blockchain integration.

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.

• Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in blockchain technology.

• Develop and present business cases for blockchain projects, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams throughout the development lifecycle.

• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of blockchain solutions.

What you'll bring to us:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on blockchain technology.

• Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.

• Proven experience in translating business needs into technical requirements.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

• Nice to have: Experience with specific blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.

• Nice to have: Understanding of cryptography and security principles related to blockchain.
