Tim Barto is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development, digital consultancy, and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Parsolvo since January 2021, Tim leads a consultancy that aids government and enterprise clients in attaining their objectives through a unique team approach. As a Principal Consultant at Tech Business Collective since November 1999, Tim has facilitated value creation for IT manufacturers and consulting partners.
