Patrick Gallagher

Patrick Gallagher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee experience, research, and analytics. Currently serving as Senior Director of Employee Experience at Partners Health Management since June 2023, Gallagher focuses on people-centered organizational development to enhance culture and effectiveness. Alongside this role, Gallagher is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Wake Forest University, instructing a psychology course.
