Lily Cabianca

Lily Cabianca is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Head of Communications at Partners Capital since May 2024. Previously, Lily held the position of Corporate Communications Lead for EMEA & APAC at HarbourVest Partners from January 2021 to May 2024. Lily's extensive background includes senior roles such as Senior Corporate Communications Manager - EMEA at Proskauer Rose LLP and VP of Brand & Corporate Communications at Allen & Overy. Additional experience includes working as Head of Media & Communications at Olswang for Blackbridge, Senior Public Relations Manager at Veolia ES, and Account Manager at Beattie Communications. Earlier in their career, Lily served as a Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Justice and as a Journalist for the BBC's World Service focusing on Latin America. Lily holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Toronto and a Certificate in Journalism & Photography from Humber College.
