Radoslav Sopko

Radoslav Sopko has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as a self-employed professional at Partners Financial Services, a.s. since April 2020. Prior to this, Radoslav worked at Procter & Gamble from 2005 to April 2020, holding multiple key positions including Regional Project Manager and Technical Readiness Leader, where responsibilities included project execution across the Middle East, Europe, and Russia, and ensuring project success in productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale. Radoslav also acted as Regional Project Manager & Global Capital Systems Manager, leading approvals for over 75 funding rounds annually and achieving significant cost savings through global benchmarking. Additional roles included Local Project Manager & Startup Leader, overseeing capital projects valued around $15MM, and Process Engineer & Startup Leader, focusing on manufacturing process optimization and maintenance training. Radoslav holds an Engineer’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Technical University of Košice, supplemented by studies at the University of Vaasa.
