Penelope Kim

Penelope Kim, PMP, serves as Program Director for the 100,000 Strong in the Americas Innovation Fund at Partners of the Americas, where responsibilities include overseeing program administration, managing financial aspects, and ensuring compliance with prime awards and sub-contracts while maintaining relationships with various stakeholders. Previous positions ranged from Program Officer for the Legislative Process & Governance Program to consulting for Professional Leadership Exchanges at Partners of the Americas. Kim's early career involved service as a Rural Community Development Coordinator with the Peace Corps. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Webster University and dual Bachelor's Degrees from Hawaii Pacific University and Kennesaw State University in International Relations and Affairs and International/Global Studies.
