Tiffany Thomas Barley

Tiffany Thomas Barley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in youth education and program administration. Currently serving as Sr Director of Operations and previously as Director of Programs at Partnership for the Future, Inc., Tiffany oversees the coordination of college preparation and youth employment programs. Tiffany has also held the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer at the same organization in 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Project Discovery Program Coordinator for Capital Area Partnership Uplifting People (CAPUP) Inc., where Tiffany was responsible for guiding at-risk high school students towards post-secondary education, and as Project Discovery Program Assistant at Richmond Community Action Program, Inc. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Virginia Commonwealth University.
