Stephen Westerfield

Stephen Westerfield serves as the Head of Business Development and Partnerships at Ditto since October 2022, while also being a member of Partnership Leaders since May 2024. Prior to this role, Stephen was the President and Co-Founder of Droplit, Inc., where the IoT platform-as-a-service company was developed from inception to a multimillion-dollar enterprise within three years. Stephen's experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at Morgan Stanley, focusing on corporate strategy and relationships with high-net-worth clients, and working in corporate credit sales, managing a diverse portfolio of institutional clients. Additionally, Stephen successfully established and managed branch offices for CUTCO Cutlery, achieving significant revenue growth and high sales productivity. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College.
