Mark Bickenbach

Mark Bickenbach is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Group President at Parts Town since September 2024, Bickenbach previously held the position of President & COO at SwissWatchExpo from July 2023 to October 2024. As the co-founder and CEO of EcommerceBrands.com, Inc. from July 2021 to July 2023, Bickenbach demonstrated entrepreneurial acumen. Bickenbach's tenure at The Home Depot from March 2012 to October 2021 included the role of Business Unit CEO, where Bickenbach built the online home decor business from the ground up. Prior to this, Bickenbach spent nearly nine years at The Boston Consulting Group, specializing in business turnaround and corporate strategy. Bickenbach's educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
