John Landau is an experienced executive with a strong background in finance and real estate, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at WCH Communities LP since March 2010. Prior to this role, John held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Trimark Pacific Homes for 13 years. John began their career at Weyerhaeuser Financial Services, where John served as Vice President and Division Manager for over 12 years. John holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from UCLA, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same institution.
