Mark Takehara is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Executive Director at Pasado's Safe Haven, Mark previously held the position of Executive Director at Serendipity Center Inc, where Mark led a K-12 therapeutic school through the transition from distance to in-person learning amid COVID guidelines. Mark's prior roles include Interim Executive Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of Bend, Executive Director at Young Entrepreneurs Business Week Network, and leadership positions at HOPE Chinese Charter School, Community for Youth, Child Foundation, Family Service Counseling and Community Resource Center, McKinsey & Company, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Inland Empire. Mark holds an MBA in Public Policy from the University of California, Riverside, and a BA in Business Administration with a minor in Chinese-Mandarin from Brigham Young University.
