Parvin Ahadzade

Parvin Ahadzade is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in risk management and auditing. Currently serving as Chief Risk Officer and Chairman of the Audit Committee at PASHA Bank OJSC since November 2016, Parvin has also held prominent positions such as Head of Group Audit and Advisor to the CEO at PASHA Holding LLC from June 2015 to July 2023, and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Kapital Bank OJSC during the same period. Prior experience includes leading the On-site Supervision Division at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan from March 2006 to May 2015. Academic credentials include an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Master's degree from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
