Joel Peterson

Joel Peterson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and communications. Currently serving as Executive Director for the Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance since February 2019, Joel previously held the position of Member of the Board of Trustees for the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District from December 2012 to December 2020. Joel's background includes a role as Marketing Manager at Firestone Walker Brewing Company from February 2017 to January 2019, and Director of Communications at Solterra Strategies from October 2013 to January 2017. Additionally, Joel worked as Director of Communications for Hope Family Wines from 2005 until October 2013. Joel earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Media Arts with a focus on Film & Television from the University of Arizona, completing this education between 1991 and 1995.
