James Hodge

James Hodge is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development, systems design, and project management. Currently serving as a Network Systems Developer at Pason since September 2014, James has been instrumental in developing innovative solutions for fault management systems and centralized customer support dashboards. Prior to this, James held various leadership roles at Cognera, including Software Development Manager and Strategic Solutions Lead, where leadership of a team of Oracle developers facilitated the management of substantial multi-TB databases. Earlier in their career at Nortel Networks, James contributed to significant projects as a Business Planner, Senior System Designer, and Senior Software Designer within a large R&D organization. James's journey began as a Business Analyst at Westpac, where responsibilities included managing risk management systems. Academically, James holds an M.Math in Computer Science and a B.Math with a double major in Computer Science and Combinatorics & Optimization from the University of Waterloo.
