Nilda Pagan

Nilda Pagan is an experienced community leader and educator with a diverse background in program management, special education support, and customer service. Serving as the Service Unit Manager for the Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey since 2013, Nilda has successfully implemented community activities and trained leaders while growing volunteer involvement. Alongside roles in Passaic Public Schools as a SPED ESP and Substitute Teacher, Nilda has held various positions, including Chief Operations Officer at AML Services LLC and Camp Director for the City of Passaic-Recreation Department. Nilda's leadership extends to the District Parent Advisory Council and School Parent Team, where advocacy for parents and families is prioritized. Nilda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ramapo College and has certifications in Massage Therapy and Therapeutic Massage.
