Joe Outlaw

Joe Outlaw is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the Georgia Baptist Mission Board since November 2020, where responsibilities include leading HR strategy and implementing processes related to compensation, benefits, and culture. Prior to this role, Joe held various leadership positions, including Executive Vice-President of Talent Advancement at the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Chief Human Resources Officer at the North American Mission Board, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, training, and organizational development for a large missionary sending agency. Joe also served as Vice-President of Human Resources at New South Companies and was a Human Resources Manager at Milliken & Company, where notable achievements included establishing safety benchmarks and developing hiring strategies. Joe Outlaw holds a BA in English and Education from Wofford College.
