Lara Aboueid is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, growth strategy, and program management across leading companies. Currently serving as the Operations & Growth Lead at Passionfruit, Lara is responsible for driving freelancer growth through strategic initiatives. Previously, as Market Lead at Meta, Lara optimized content integrity and user experience by leading a team of analysts. At Amazon, Lara managed sustainability programs for transportation assets in Europe, and during tenure at Uber, Lara held various roles that focused on strategic planning, operations scaling, and user experience enhancement in the MENA region. Lara began the career with internships at Citi and EY, supporting client relationships and audit processes, respectively, after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the American University of Beirut.
