Yavuz Paksoy

Yavuz Paksoy currently serves as a Senior Manager of User Experience Research at PASSO since November 2022. Prior to this role, Paksoy worked as a Senior UX Consultant at TalentGrid and held the position of Lead Product Designer at 4D Sight, where responsibilities included leading the UX/UI team, developing design processes, and defining user journeys for AI-oriented SaaS platforms. With extensive experience in user experience design and research that began in 2010, previous roles include Senior User Experience Designer at Middle East Technical University and co-founding Coolin/Yako Projects. Yavuz Paksoy holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Design from Middle East Technical University and multiple degrees in Fine Arts and Design and Industrial Design from various institutions.
